1. Warranties vary according to manufacturer.  At time of purchase, Avanti Interiors will discuss warranty information with you.  
2. Warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

1. All sales require a deposit at time of order.  
2. Balance of payment is required within 48 hours of the supplier’s delivery to Avanti Interiors.
3. Purchases may be cancelled within 48 hours of original order date. Purchases cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase.
4. You are responsible for measuring to be sure merchandise will fit through doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc. Where it is found that merchandise does not fit, you may request a refund, less a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.  Customer is responsible for any cost incurred to return merchandise back to Avanti Interiors.
5. Balance of payment is required prior to delivery to the customer or within 15 days of arrival of merchandise from manufacturer.  Avanti Interiors will call you to notify you of manufacturer’s shipment date.
6. You must pick-up or arrange delivery within 7 business days of the supplier’s delivery to Avanti Interiors, unless otherwise noted on invoice.  After 7 business days order is subject to a $10 to $25 per day storage charge.

1. Orders placed via telephone or catalog, without having seen a floor sample in our store, are special orders.
2. All Special Orders sales are final and not returnable. 
3. Defective workmanship or damages will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer as per manufacture’s warranty.

1. Merchandise may be returned if customer calls within 2 business days of receiving merchandise.
2. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. Customer is responsible for any cost incurred to return merchandise to Avanti Interiors.
4. All merchandise must be returned in original factory packaging.
5. All returns are subject to inspection to insure original factory condition.
6. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Avanti Interiors.

1. In the event that merchandise we deliver has a defect, manufacturers and suppliers warranties are applicable.
2. Avanti Interiors will order replacement parts in a timely fashion.
3. Merchandise is inspected and is received in good condition prior to pick up.
4. Any merchandise damage claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
